Hi everyone.

 

I have an HP Envy 17t-S000.  This laptop has a removable battery which doesn't last very long (45 minutes to 2 hours).  

 

Since the battery is removable, I was wondering if a larger capacity battery exists that will work with an HP Envy 17t-S000.  I know that Lenovo ThinkPads have this feature; for example they may come with a removable 3-cell battery, but you can purchase a removable 6-cell battery for greater battery capacity.  I thought HP laptops might do something akin to this.

 

With that said, would someone please tell me if there is a higher capacity laptop battery for an HP Envy 17t-S000 for sale (besides the removable battery that comes with the HP Envy 17t-S000)? I want to make this laptop have greater battery life when it's not plugged in.

 

P.S. I'm already using battery saver mode, I have the backlit keyboard turned off, etc. so I believe I'm already doing what I can to preserve the battery life when it's not plugged in.
