Product: HP 15 TOUCSMART
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I put my laptop away for 2 weeks on a shelf while I was on vacation, I came back and opened it up and there was a star crack like something had hit it on the right side in middle of the screen. The outside cover is smooth and undamaged and the inside surface is is well. The laptop itself is performing perfectly, but I don't know for how long. Is this an ongoing problem? I have always used printers, 3 in 1s, desktops from HP, and was well on my way to enjoying this product. Please give me any information as to the cause or frequency of occurrence and /or any recourse I may have
