HP Recommended
Product: Hp 245 G5 Notebook
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

 

My DESIGN CAPACITY and FULL CHARGE CAPACITY of laptop battery are same but still my laptop gets shutdown after 5 seconds when i open it. 

Please tell me what to do
