Product: HP 830 G6
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Good afternoon,

 

I am having an issue updating the Bios through the Bios screen.

 

Upon booting the HP device I press the f10 key, once in, the I go to checkhp.com for bios updates.

It gives me 2 options (1 option for rollback and 2nd option to upgrade to 1.05.03 latest bios) 

When I select version 1.05.03 its says "URL is missing failed to download"

 

Do you have any suggestions as to what the issue may be?
