Product: HP SPECTRE X 360, UHD display (2019)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Basically I have hp spectre x360 convertible 2019 model that is sending video to a PWAY KVM switch (4k@60Hz supported).  The video out of the spectre is from a usb c / thunderbolt port and is 4k@60Hz.
 
When I plug the spectre  directly into the monitor the video displays ok and the monitor is recognised as an audio device on the spectre.
 
However when I put it through the KVM switch the video sometimes displays and sometimes doesn't and the monitor is not always recognised as a audio device.  
 
I know the kvm switch is ok on other connections as I use it to route audio and 4k video from a mac and another PC and theres no issue with display or audio. 
 
Can you suggest any solution to this issue? Or maybe someone knows a different KVM switch that works with this model of notebook..?
