Product: HP EliteBook 840 G3
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When I purchased my EliteBook I was unable to setup fingerprint login with Windows Hello so I just used password and PIN login. I did a factory reset which allowed me to set up fingerprint login for about a week - at which point it stopped working  and did not let me set it up again. I thought removing my PIN and setting it up again may help but now it does not allow me to set up a PIN either as it says the method is currently unavailable. Was wondering if anyone has any solutions?
