HP Recommended
Product: HP Laptop 15-bs0xx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When I bought my laptop, JAVA RE was not pre-installed as a software. So I tried downloading it. Downloading was not a problem. But whenever I reach the installation part, error code:2 shows up and never finishes the installation.

I tried everything. Opening it as admin, downloading the offline versions, using 32 bit & 64 bit. I still get the same result. 

 

Can anyone please help out? It's frustrating not to know why my system is not accepting Java.

Would really appreciate any suggestions.
