Product: HP 255 G7 AMD A4-9125
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi guys, I recently bought an HP 255 G7 AMD A4-9125: when I try and write something on the keyboard the typing lags far behind. One of the specs read: 4GB DDR4-2400 S0-DIMM memory (1x4096) - Memory cannot be upgraded.

Does it really mean what it says because I've seen YouTube videos where people replace their memory with a bigger one. Please assist. I'd like my laptop to be a bit faster (respond promptly) when I type or open apps/programmes.
