HP Pavilion 15-cw1007nv
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

my friend has new (and more specifically Renew) HP Pavilion 15-cw1007nv since about a week. Everything is fine except one thing. From the very beginning she noticed, that the key "K" in her notebook sticks out a bit and is loose. It wouldn't be a problem, but it affects writing on the keyboard.  The key works properly only when pressed on this loose side. The "normal" side generally doesn't respond.

How can I fix it at home? Is it necessary to replace the key?

Also, I have similar problem with my HP Pavilion Gaming Laptop 15-ec0xxx, also from renew. No key is loose, but from the beginning "S" responds only if pressed right in the middle. Other keys works right at the edges.

Photos of my friend's keyboard below.

Regards
