HP ZBook 17 G3 Mobile Workstation
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Before I start, I haven't spillt anything on my laptop, may it be crumbs, liquids, or anything of the sort, and I have already checked in sticky keys, uninstalled the keyboard driver, updated all drivers from my laptop (or workstation, however you want to call it), depleted my battery (manually, can't access anything in this device), I tried using the ctrl+alt+delete trick, but it only postpones the loop.

The actual problem, is that everytime I switch my laptop off, it restarts a loop with different phases.

Phase 1: A key will get "

stuck", but I can deal with that, it's annoying but doesn't render my laptop useless. Here I can still reset the loop, but only once. This phase lasts less and less with each loop.
Phase 2:  mouse won't scroll, can't select anything but what comes after and before a certain point, acts as if a click is being held somewhere. If I click on a link, it will open up in a new browser, rather than a new window. The keys around the basic letters don't work as they are supposed to and the letters act as if I have caps lock on.
Phase 3: usually around here I have to restart my laptop, letters won't work, and the space and enter key open up setting and minimize browsers.
I tried using a usb keyboard, and the on screen one, but they have the same problem.

I also cleaned the keyboard thoroughly, and like I said, I can't open up my laptop, for both warranty purposes and that it's all tucked away.
And I would prefer not having to bring it in, as I have a lot of work to do on my laptop each day.
