Product: Elite X2
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

For the past few month my physical keyboard has been unuseable. The backlight flashes continuously when the PC is powered, and the keyboard does not work.

 

I have tried the hard reset (many times) and updated the BIOS, but this made no difference.

 

I did  not reset the BIOS because the only way to get into BIOS settings is to press ESC during boot (apparently) - I can't do that because my keyboard doesn't work.

 

Is there any solution other than using a third-party keyboard?
