Product: HP Notebook 14-dq1038wm
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

So my five, six, apostrophe, F five, minus, and backslash key are >not< working. Ive tried reinstalling drives, restarting the computer, you name it. Only thing I havent tried is restoring my system to default with factory reset. I havent hit my laptop or thrown it or anything. I dont know whats wrong and I need help since I game and not being able to use five or six is a pain.
