Product: HP15s-eq2042AU
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I bought HP 15s-eq2042AU (12 days back )in silver color and its keyboard letters are barely visible as they are light grey in color. Letters are not visible under normal lighting. It is very hard to use the laptop. As there is no backlit keyboard, least expectation was bold lettering so that it is easily visible.

Not expected from a reputed company like HP manufacturing laptops from decades
