i did exactly the same, keyboard not working at all.

Clean install -> keyboard is totally fine i can input every key in the command window.

once i hit windows 10 -> no keyboard

No help from HP, no solution is working (clear cmos etc nothing works, reinstalling ps2 keyboard either) they just can't provide a solution on a computer that is 4 years old. that's really lame.
