Product: HP Laptop PC 15s-fq2000
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Keyboard not working on windows 10 search option in task bar. The issue seems to be occurred after a windows update being installed a few months back.

I looked over many forums and found many solutions but all was just a temporary ones. Once the system is rebooted, the issue reappears.

The solutions I tried are mentioned in the below links.

I tried to connect with HP chat support UK and seems like there is no chat support for UK. My device is still under warranty and I am struggling to get this fixed.

Do anyone else faced the same issue? Can someone help me fix this issue permanently?
