Product: Hp 15-u493cl
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

 

I recently purchase a HP ENVY x360 - 15-u493cl laptop which came with Windows 10 preinstalled. I  install 1tb ssd install windows10pro 64 bit keyboard  is working 

 

Currently I am having a problem with the laptop keyboard and touchpad. They work but when I update the windows keyboard stop working.

 

Wanted to know if anyone has seen this behavior before and have a resolution for it. I tried using a external keyboard and that works fine, 

 

Any help is greatly appreciated.
