Product: HP Envy 15
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi 

 

Some keys doesnt work (A,Q, S, TAB, Caps lock) but at random they can start to work properly.

They are located at the same part of the keyboard. 

I've tried to format windows but that didnt help.

I have tried to uninstall the keyboard driver but now no keyboard shows up at the device manager.

Cant find any specific keyboard driver at hp.com

 

How to proceed?
