HP Pavilion Gaming Laptop 15-cx0xxx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Sometimes when I switch on the laptop it works for a few seconds (5-6 sec) and then the battery goes to 0 irrespective of the percentage it was at while booting up, 30 or 90 doesn't matter, directly drops to 0. This happens once every 2-3 times I switch on the laptop.

When the laptop starts after connecting the charger, it shows Battery error <601> but when I ran battery checks in support assistant the battery health is OK is every time.

PS: I recently got my screen replaced from HP service centre and the problem has started after that, but the service centre says they didn't even touch the battery module while checking the screen.
