Product: Example: 15 Bs003ne
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
  • My laptop suddenly power off with the harddisk (click)Sound And i connected the power cord charging led light up then i press power button its don't turn on power led not lights then i remove the battery and press power button for 30 sec for bios reset and connected the power cord and again press power button again no response.

 

Note:I think the charger is complaint then i order a new charger(Currently it not delivered)

My battery health is 32%

My device is: Hp 15 Bs003ne

4Gigs of Ram

120 SSD

1TB HDD

i3 6006U

HD520
