HP 250 G5
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello everyone,

Today as I was playing Football Manager on the HP 250 G5, the laptop just died with around 50% of the battery left. I thought it may have been a crash therefore I turned the laptop on again and as I logged in it died again. Since then I wasn’t able to turn it on at all. I’ve tried plugging it into a TV with a HDMI cable to see if the screen is the issue however there was no signal. I searched around the internet and attempted the hard reset where I would unplug the laptop and take the battery out, hold the power button on for 30 seconds and then put all back in but that didn’t work. I have also realised that sometimes after the laptops been plugged off for a while, as I plug it in the amber/red light sort of comes on and flashes 3 times and then goes off. If I try to unplug and plug it in straight away, the light is not there anymore. Has anyone got an idea of what the issue might be with the laptop? Whether it’s the power adapter, battery or something to do with the hardware? Any help would be much appreciated.
