Hi,

 

Allow me to ask you for some support on below issue.  I have already tried the serch option, but I was not able to find any similar issue.

 

Wen pluging in the power adaptor the following happens:

- charging led blinking (white)

- power button led is ON

- Caps lock led is ON

- screen is blank,  nothing happens.

- laptop seems to be warm  near the vent area after a while.

 

I have tried removing SSD, RAM, battery, holding down power button for approx a minute for several times...another power adapter,  problem remains.   Any Idea?
