Product: Pavilion 15. 15-eg0000
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a new HP Pavilion PC 15-eg0000 that is having a issue when it sleeps. I shut the screen and leave for a small period of time and come back open the screen and the computer is off. I press the power button and it is unresponsive. I have to then hold the powerbutton and it will boot up again. Annoyingly everytime it boots I will have to open all my documents again. and if i did not save my progress will be lost. I have tried trouble shooting and there are no issues. I have no outstanding updates. I have not updated the computer since purchase. (the first computer I had was swapped due to driver errors). I have reinstalled windows and factory reset the computer and have had the same issue. Please help? Any suggestions would be appreciated.
