Hello,

I have an issue with my mentioned laptop. It keeps going off randomly when I play games both on power and on battery. I know it's regards to overheating but this is new. I have played games before without this occurring. How can I solve it? PS: This is my primary entertainment device and stuck at home so...😬 Any help would be appreciated.
