Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Laptop battery "plugged in, not charging. Purchased new HP battery "not detected"

My hp laptop battery was not charging it says no battery so i bought a new battery but it also no detecteing and charging. I tried all methods to rectify it like bios reset,long press, battery setup uninstall and bios update but till its not working.what can i do any suggestion plz.
