Product: Elitebook 8470p
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My laptop doesnt start and charge, the battery  indicator led blinks red light 3-4 times. I even tried to start the laptop without battery but still it doesnt starts.when its without battery it doesn't even shows the battery indicator

Please help fast!!
