HP Probook 450 G1
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Greetings community! Hope whoever reads this is in the best of mental and physical health! I am going through a dilemma here. My laptop (HP probook 450 G1) developed this strange behavior where it would charge for a while and then stops charging without any warning and after while the side charging light starts blinking. I have tries all long pressing remedies, changed chargers, even changed the battery but the matter is still the same. I got a preliminary check from a repair shop and they checked the cell which turned out to be fine. They wanted me to leave the device for a while but i couldn't because of work. I am planning to eventually deposit this device for a thorough check-up and repair but wanted to ask this community before taking this step. Just wanted to check whether anybody else got this problem and if managed to get it fixed. This is because i don't want it to be a software problem later on before getting some hands on the hardware. Also, almost forgot to mention, that i have upgraded the firmware of the device and also reinstalled windows. All of this turned out to be fruitless. Please, give your input to rid me of this frustration. I'd be very grateful. Daniel.
