Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My lap top has wifi on and connected to my network. States status is 'connected & secured' but no signal quality. I did the troubleshooting and diagnosis function and came back without a result, restarted both laptop and router, disabled and enabled network from list, changed the security preference, did a series of command prompts the troubleshooting told me to do; no results or change in signal(no bars). I have had the same network for 2 years now and the lap top has always had full bars till this last month; no service changes and router has always been in the same room (15ft away). The same network connected to my phone and ipad have full wifi bars.
