HP Recommended
Product: HP Pavilion 15-cc130TX
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My laptop does not boot, only black screen appears

Power light is on

Battery charging light works

Hard drive light not on 

Keyboard backlight doesn't work

No capslock blinking

Drive is Spinning 

I tried many tips on the internet nothing works, i can't access startup menu by pressing Esc nothing appears, 

Cannot access Bios i tried Win + B or V, i tried pressing F9 10 11 etc , i tested it with an external monitor it shows No Signal.

I have tried to flash bios using Usb but nothing appears on the screen its just black. I tried adding a new RAM too and if i try to start it without the RAM the Capslock blinks thats just indicating theres no RAM, The hard drive is working i removed it to access files, Also i noticed if i close the lid the power light used to blink now it just stays on.

 

Why can i not see the bios screen, plz tell me the right key for this laptop to access bios
