Product: HP 15-ef0021nr Product number 16U99UA
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My laptop freezes/crashes and I have no clue why it does. I don't have any viruses and I only have a few games and a few other apps installed, my laptop works amazing other than that. It would just crash about once a day, but sometimes it does not crash. Please help as my laptop is the only well working portable device at my house and I need to take my laptop around with me very often. Included are some screenshots of Task Manager and HP support Assistant.image.pngimage.png
