Microsoft Windows 11

Hello there. I am experiencing some problem with my laptop. Sometimes, when I turn my laptop on, the light in the power button illuminates but the laptop doesn't start up. No matter what you do, nothing happens, and you have to turn the laptop off and turn it on again. Sometimes, the laptop starts perfectly normal, but while using it, the screen goes blank. Nothing happens no matter what you do. The PC is on, but the screen is blank, and you have to turn it off and on again. This is very annoying as you have to do all the work again which you were doing because the laptop screen went blank and you have to start all over again as you have to turn the laptop off.

I thought that the laptop turns on but the screen goes blank so I looked up solutions on the Hp website. I have tried all of them. The problem seems to be solved at that time, but the thing happens unexpectedly later on.

I have:

Performed a hard reset several times.

Updated the BIOS.

Reseated the memory modules.

Reset my PC several times.

None of this has worked. Honestly, I don't even know if this is the actual problem or not.

The most infuriating part of all this is that I bought this laptop about a month ago and its starting to have problems. My other laptop has been working perfectly fine for the past 10 years.

Please help me as its a very concerning problem for me.

Thank you for your time.
