Hello

 

I have purchased my laptop 2 months back, inetl CORE i5 8th genration, laptop model is 15g-dr0006tx. Since I purchase this laptop is very slow. I logged call many times customer care help to replace harddrive but still laptop is very slot and it is taking very much time to run any applications. can you help to know me what is this issue and why I am facing this type of issue with such a high config laptop.

 

should I recommend HP laptop to anyone or not to buy ??
