HP Recommended
Product: Hp pavilion x360 convertible 14-dh0xxx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hp pavilion x360 convertible 14-dh0xxx laptop keyboard and touchpad not working in windows 10 home but works fine in bios.

USB  keyboard and mouse working fine.

 

Had tried 

Uninstall and Updating the keyboard and touchpad drivers. 

Updating the bios       

Hard resetting fearing any virus or malware.         After hard reset also keyboard and touchpad not working.

 

 

One more thing , had downloaded the bios driver and it started installing but when installation reaches a point in between keyboard and touchpad started working and once installation is completed it again stopped working.if I stopped installation process before restart keyboard and touchpad works fine but when laptop goes to sleep or after restart or shutdown keyboard and touchpad stopped working.

Please help it's my study laptop.
