Hi,

So I opened my laptop and noticed that the screen is different. The screen usually has its background and the apps on the left. However, the layout showed as if when you press the windows button (?) Where the apps are displayed together and in different sizes. Also, that the apps are on the left where u have to tap on the 3 horizontal lines on the thing at the bottom. It’s very confusing and take so much time to get to the apps.

 

Also, sometimes when I open the laptop, when i use my fingers to scroll, it doesn’t work. However, when i close the laptop and then open it again it sometimes works again.
