Product: HP Probook 430
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My HP Probook 430 makes a whinnying noise when the power cord is plugged in. Once power cord is removed, the noise continues but eventually (after some hours) stops. I have removed the battery and tried only power cord, and noise is still happening. I thought it was a clogged fan, so I used a can of compressed air to blow out the vents, but the issue remains. Would appreciate any advice.
