Product: Hp Pavilion 15-e024tu , ENERGY STAR
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have all the accessories ok. Checked. But my device is not turning on neither charging.

Once it was charging but now it is like totally dead- no lights.

It is a 2013 bought pavilion notebook.

This issue occured when I had it connected to external monitor via VGA cable. How can I resolve this issue?

Some details:- 500GB HDD, w10Home(64-bit), DDR3-2GB RAM

Note: I checked it up from computer repair shop they said RAM has no issue.
