Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,  This is urgent, my laptop has refused to charge. I have tried several chargers which has worked other laptops. I tried upgrading battery AC Adapter.

And,  the 30,60 seconds button down option after battery removal. The result proves same. It just blinks white light the moment i plug in. Sadly,  my laptop just died. What should be done?
