Neither the USB type C port nor the normal charging port seem to be charging my laptop. When I plug in the normal charger all I get is a message that says not charging. I have managed to get it to charge by holding the power button for a bit, plugging it in and then turning it back on but this only works for the normal charger and not the USB type C also if i then unplug it and plug it back in it wont charge again. I am using all of the hardware that came with the laptop.
