Product: HP-15-da2012TU
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am currently using HP-15-da2012TU Notebook laptop. I recently found that, it is getting overheated when connected to internet.  Mostly, the area next to the mouse pad (right side bottom corner), is get heated. But I have no any issues in my laptop and it works fine.

What would be the issue ?? Do I need to get a service (like replacing  thermal paste and etc)  or  is it ok to reset the windows and check first ???
