HP Zbook 14
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Recently, my primary laptop, an HP Zbook 14 has been on the fritz.

About a week ago, I attempted to wake it up from sleep mode, only for it to stay on for a minute before going back into sleep mode.  After several failed attempts to get it to wake up and stay up, I attempted a hard restart (holding down power button until it turned off).  This however only made things worse as now when it was turned on, it would only go for five seconds before shutting itself off, making the same 'click' sound that is made when it's turned off via power button.

A few days passed and after having a few people look at it and taking the battery out for a while, it turned back on and ran like normal...that is until today.  It's gone back into the cycle of refusing to stay on and another hard reset has put me back where I was before.

Honestly, we don't know what is wrong with the laptop, but we know that it is not software-related as it was decided after several hours with Windows support the first day it stopped working.

Additionally, when it began working again, we ran it through the memory and hard disk tests which it passed.
