HP Pavilion x360 Convertible
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Hi there,

I am having some trouble connecting my HP Pavilion x360 Convertible laptop to the interactive whiteboard in my classroom. The whiteboard requires a VGA connection which I do not have. The school provided me with an adaptor to fit my HDMI port. This adaptor has worked perfectly for all other personal and school-provided laptops, but not with mine.

I have tried to reinstall my graphics driver, I have pressed the 'duplicate' option under the Project tab, nothing seems to be working. I have also checked my HDMI port with another cable and all seems to be working perfectly.

The screen just displays a 'No Computer Input' on the screen when I plug my laptop in, but connects immediately with every other laptop we have tried. I have pressed the 'input' button on the whiteboard remote control to check it hadn't connected with another source but it still displayed nothing.

I would really appreciate any help or advice at all!

Thanks in advance.
