Product: HP ZBook Studio G4 Mobile Workstation
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Hi,
I'm working on HP ZBook Studio G4 Mobile Workstation.
I've worked with one external monitor plugged into my laptop so far and everything was fine. I bought additional monitor and a HDMI adapter (photo attached) to extend my displays. The problem is whenever I plug in this adapter my laptop turns off and doesn't want to launch. Both monitor and laptop are black.
When I plug in HDMI cable to my only HDMI port directly all is fine.
When tested with both monitors and adapter on a different laptop there are no issues.
Can anyone help and advise please.
