HP Recommended
Product: Hp envy 360X
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have an HP envy 360X, I left it on sleep for about an hour while it was on charge, then all of a sudden the screen was black while the power button is still on, I tried to turn it off by long pressing the power button and then tried the “B key + windows key + the power button” and neither did work.
