Product: HP ENVY x360 - m6-aq105dx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My laptop stopped charging when plugged into the AC adapter and will no longer charge or turn on, even when plugged in. There has been no damage to the laptop (has not been dropped, wet, etc.).  I had the AC adapter port replaced and the problem continues. I was told it may be the motherboard and is not worth replacing. The computer is only 1.5 years old.
