Product: Elitebook x360
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am an assistant System Admin and we have had 3 pc's become unusable due to being stuck on a loading screen.

 

"HP, Protected by HP SureStart"

 

is there a workaround other than sending the pc for service?

 

I see threads on this issue unsolved from 2017.
