Product: Pavilion x360
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My Pavilion x360 updated the other night and turned on normally the next day. When I plugged in a second monitor I use every day with the AC adapter also plugged in the screens went black and fan got loud. After a few seconds I tried pressing the power button and it stayed lit, then turned off. After that the red light by the AC adapter turned off too. Neither the power button nor the charging indicator light have turned on since. I have tried every suggestion on the HP virtual agent and they won’t let me speak to someone on the phone because I am one month out of warranty. I’ve seen other people with similar problems but not a solution that has worked for me, the BIOS recovery drive even did nothing.
