Product: HP stream 14
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I got my laptop last August and I reformatted my HP Stream 14 in September and had it reinstall Windows to my Toshiba Hard drive and launch from there. Now it won't turn on and when I try to charge it, it won't show its charging light.  It doesn't show any form of it being on or having power, none of the lights will turn on.
