Product: HP Probook 440 g5

this morning when I went to turn on my laptop, I was greeted with some lights blinking. every few seconds, the power button led, and the f11 flight mode(?) led would blink at the same time, staying on for around 1 second. when these stopped, the charging port led would blink white for around 1 second, and then nothing would blink for maybe 3 seconds, then it keeps doing what I explained above.

Not sure what the issue could be, everything was fine yesterday. (Have tried swapping ram sticks)
