Product: 15-dw0038wm
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When I plug the charger in I get a steady white light while the laptop is open. After I close it and it has had time to power down, the light will change to orange and start charging. I have even tried with a secondary charger. I have done a system restore, and now chrome isn't working. I tried to do a system reset, but I am unable to do that while running on battery power. I have tried running diagnostics on the battery. I am unable to run diagnostics on the power cable as it doesn't recognize that it's plugged in while the laptop is open. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank You... If you need any other information from me, please let me know, as this is becoming a very irritating issue.
