HP Recommended
Product: Hp Probook 450G2
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

After turning on the led light turns on and nothing happens further. The logo doesn’t appear the laptop doesn’t go in to bios.

I don’t know how to reinstall windows if there is an issue with the already installed window 

please help!
