Product: Elitebook folio 9470m
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

the left click on the synaptic touchpad is not working.  I can move the pointer with touchpad, but when I press the left  click button, nothing happen. I  try upgrading the synaptic tocuhpad driver and still the left click does not work. I reinstall the old version and I still have teh same issue. When I use an external pointer device the left click on teh external device work fine.

 

Does anyone out there have answer to to this issue?
